This month’s carousel theme was a fun one – laughter! I love capturing laughter during a session because it’s always matched with the most genuine smiles and the joy flowing from each one is contagious. Here are just a few of my favorites from past sessions …
And then one from my family … This one was from when Frankie was 7 days old and I was attempting to take a photo of all 5 together. Of course, I couldn’t get a real smile to save my life so my husband decided to help me out … by mooning them! I didn’t get the “genuine smiles” I was hoping for but the laughter and covered faces in this photograph is something I will remember (and treasure) always. It may not make it to a big canvas over the mantle but it will forever make me smile because of the precious (and oh so funny) memory attached to it.
